Hi, I’m Lydia Montoya-Enderle, MSW, LSW. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychological Science from Miami University in 2024, and my Master’s degree in Social Work from Miami University in 2026. I know how overwhelming it can feel to reach out for support, but I intend to create a space in our sessions that fosters vulnerability, healing, and resilience in the face of life’s challenges. Whether struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or life changes, I’m here to walk along your path with you in support.
Throughout my career, I have worked primarily in low-income, high-needs school-based settings, providing social-emotional learning to students with behavioral and emotional challenges. I specialize in LGBTQ+ gender affirming care, trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, strengths-based, solution-focused brief therapy, motivational interviewing, and person-centered therapy.
Overall, my intention with our sessions will be to build a safe, nonjudgmental, healing & trusting environment for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I will focus on meeting you where you are and making therapy as accessible as possible. I offer in-person sessions at our Fairfield location or online sessions.
