More About Toni Cargile-Hadley

I believe in treating the whole person, mind, body, and spirit, within a safe and supportive environment where growth and healing can truly happen. My goal is to provide compassionate, high-quality care while honoring your unique journey. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, and PTSD, and I also have extensive training in supporting people with addictions, personality disorders, sexual concerns, and life transitions. Whether you’re seeking individual counseling, marriage and couples therapy, or family therapy, I strive to create a space where you feel seen, understood, and empowered.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals and families in a wide range of settings, from outpatient therapy and crisis intervention to addiction treatment and private practice. These experiences have strengthened my skills in assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions while deepening my belief that healing is always possible. My approach combines evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy with a trauma-informed perspective, always tailored to your specific needs and goals.

I feel honored to walk alongside my clients as they work toward greater autonomy, resilience, and fulfillment. I take pride in witnessing their progress and celebrating their successes, no matter how big or small. If you’re ready to begin the journey toward healing and change, I would be grateful to support you every step of the way. Together, we can create a plan that helps you move forward with clarity, confidence, and hope.
