Hi, I’m Nellie. Life can be full of overwhelming moments—times when depression, anxiety, or grief make everything feel heavier and harder to manage. I’m here to support you through those times. My background in social services and family counseling has shown me just how much our mental health impacts every area of our lives. Whether you’re navigating deep emotional pain or simply feeling stuck, I want to walk alongside you and help you find clarity, strength, and hope.
I earned my Bachelor of Integrative Studies, with a focus on Children and Families, and I’m currently pursuing my Master of Social Work. Over the years, I’ve worked closely with families in challenging situations, helping to create safe environments for children and guiding individuals through meaningful change. My experience includes motivational interviewing, goal setting, case management, and individual therapy. I’ve also worked extensively in foster care settings, supporting both children and caregivers in meeting therapeutic needs.
Starting therapy is a big step, and I truly admire your courage in seeking support. My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered to grow. Whether we meet in person or online, I’m here to help you explore your challenges and move toward healing. If you’re ready to begin, I’d be honored to join you on this journey.
