Living with anxiety, depression, trauma, or an eating disorder can be incredibly overwhelming, especially when you’re doing everything you can to hold it together on the outside. I work with teens and adults who are tired of self-doubt, perfectionism, or people-pleasing, and who want to feel more at ease in their bodies and minds. Whether you’re navigating body image struggles, burnout, or the lasting effects of trauma, I offer a space where you don’t have to have all the answers. You just have to show up as you are.
I bring both clinical expertise and lived understanding to my work as a therapist. With a background in hospital, outpatient, and private practice settings, I specialize in trauma-informed care, eating disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, and the unique experiences of highly sensitive and neurodivergent individuals. My therapeutic approach is relational and affirming, integrating evidence-based modalities like EMDR, CBT, ACT, DBT, and Internal Family Systems. I’m also certified in Family-Based Treatment for eating disorders in adolescents and stay up to date on best practices to ensure my clients receive the highest standard of care.
Whether you’re starting therapy for the first time or returning after a difficult experience, I’m here to meet you with compassion and curiosity, not judgment. I offer individual therapy in person in Cincinnati and virtually across Ohio, Kentucky, and South Carolina. My goal is always to help you reconnect with your sense of self, uncover your inner resilience, and move toward lasting change. If you’re ready to take that first step, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
