Hi, I’m Nicole. I am a Social Work Trainee currently completing my master’s degree with the goal of becoming a therapist. As an intern at Mindfully, I support people of all ages, from children through adulthood. I’m passionate about creating a supportive space where everyone can feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
My background includes hands-on work with children, adolescents, and families in both therapeutic and educational settings, helping them identify goals, strengthen coping skills, and build confidence through individualized, relationship-based care.
In addition to my clinical training, I bring years of experience working with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children, which has deeply shaped my developmentally informed and compassionate approach. I believe healing happens through trust, consistency, and connection. Whether you or your child is struggling with big emotions, behavioral changes, or the impact of early-life stress, I would be honored to walk alongside your family. Reaching out can feel hard—but you don’t have to do it alone, and I’m here to help.
