More About Tabitha Myrick

Hi, I’m Tabitha Myrick, a Clinical Resident at Mindfully, and I’m here to support you in navigating life’s challenges with compassion, understanding, and practical tools. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, coping with grief, adjusting to big changes, or struggling to find balance, you don’t have to face it alone. I’m passionate about creating a safe, judgment-free space where you can explore your feelings, gain clarity, and build the strength to move forward with confidence and ease.

My past work experience has given me unique insights into supporting individuals and families. As a Family Resource Specialist, I worked closely with parents and children to strengthen connections and promote healthy relationships. I’ve also served as a Treatment Advocate, helping young people and families develop personalized plans to reach their goals and thrive. Drawing on these experiences, I focus on areas such as life transitions, personal development, family dynamics, anxiety, and grief. Using cognitive-behavioral strategies, mindfulness, person-centered approaches, and trauma-informed care, I tailor each session to meet you exactly where you are.

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating, but you’ve already shown courage by exploring this option. Whether we meet in person at our warm and welcoming office in Denver or connect online through a secure video platform, I’m here to walk alongside you on this journey. We can build a path to the peace, clarity, and balance you deserve. If you’re ready to take the next step, reach out anytime—I’d love to connect and support you.
