More About Payton Knock

I believe that everyone deserves a safe, supportive space to navigate life’s challenges and work toward meaningful change. I am interested in working with individuals facing concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship difficulties, grief, self-esteem concerns, and other emotional or personal challenges. Whether you are seeking support during a difficult season, looking to better understand yourself, or hoping to develop healthy coping skills, I am committed to meeting you where you are and helping you work toward your goals.

I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology, and I am pursuing my master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling and school counseling at Northern Kentucky University. As a developing counselor, I bring a fresh perspective, genuine curiosity, and a strong desire to learn from and support each person’s unique experiences. I am open to working with clients from diverse backgrounds and across a variety of concerns, and I strive to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard and valued. My training has provided me with a foundation in evidence-based counseling approaches, and I am dedicated to collaborating with clients to identify strengths, foster resilience, and support positive growth.

Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to face challenges alone. I am honored to walk alongside clients as they explore their experiences, build on their strengths, and work toward meaningful change. I am happy to meet with you in person at our comfortable office location or online through HIPAA-compliant video conferencing. If you are ready to take the next step, I invite you to reach out and begin your counseling journey.
