More About Andrea Brown

I believe mental health is at the heart of our overall well-being. When you’re struggling emotionally, it can affect nearly every part of your life—and asking for help can sometimes feel overwhelming. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself.

As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I work with individuals across the lifespan, from children aged 10 through older adulthood. I take a holistic, patient-centered approach to care, looking beyond symptoms to understand you as a whole person. Together, we’ll talk about what you’re experiencing, what matters most to you, and what you would like your life to look like.

I believe treatment should be a partnership. Rather than simply telling you what to do, I want you to understand your options and feel involved in decisions about your care. Treatment may include medication management, education, lifestyle changes, coping strategies, and collaboration with your therapist or other healthcare providers when appropriate.

Most importantly, I want you to know that you don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out. Whether you’ve been struggling for years, are going through a difficult season, or simply know that something doesn’t feel right, we can start where you are and work toward helping you feel as well as possible.
