Hi, I’m Caroline.
I find life to be a hodgepodge of victories and painful moments — often shoved up right next to each other. Those moments are meant to be shared. It is brave and healing to allow someone else to witness, name, and live with you the moments of strength of celebration and pain and vulnerability.
Whether you are experiencing overwhelm, stuck in a cycle, feeling lonely, or are lost what exactly would be helpful, I would love the honor of listening to your story and helping you find your next right thing.
I am a deep believer in building toward and benefiting from strong communities and structures that help us thrive. I have worked in community mental health, medical settings, and nonprofit agencies in both urban and rural settings for the last ten years. I am currently a student at Louisiana State University for my Master’s in Social Work.
I would love to meet you in person at the Montgomery office, or if more convenient, virtually, and begin the conversation.
