More About Kayla Groh

Hi, I’m Kayla Groh, a Licensed Independent Social Worker and Clinical Supervisor (LISW-S). I specialize in helping people navigate life’s challenges—whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or going through a tough life transition. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in negative thought patterns, or unsure of how to move forward, you’re not alone. My goal is to support you in finding clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of balance in your life.

I truly believe that mental health is a journey, not a destination. With years of experience in community mental health, and in both adolescent and adult mental health and substance use services, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside many individuals as they work through difficult seasons and discover their inner strength. My approach is compassionate, down-to-earth, and tailored to your unique needs—because therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all.

If you’re ready to take that next step, I’d be honored to support you. Whether you prefer meeting in person or connecting online, I offer flexible options to fit your schedule and comfort level. You don’t have to do this alone—let’s take this journey together.
