Therapy is a collaborative journey tailored to your unique needs and experiences. Together, we can increase self-awareness and find new ways to cope with life’s challenges. My goal is to support you as you navigate change, helping you lead a more fulfilling and balanced life. Whether you want to heal, grow, or better understand yourself, I’m here to walk with you on that path.

I strive to create a welcoming, open-minded, and casual space where you feel safe, comfortable, and heard. In our sessions, I am flexible and adapt to your needs, empowering you to take the lead in exploring what’s most important to you. Therapy takes courage, and I admire anyone willing to take this step. It’s my privilege to help you navigate your journey, offering tools, encouragement, and a compassionate ear.

With years of experience as a therapist and clinical supervisor, I specialize in individual and couples therapy, crisis intervention, and behavioral health services. I’ve also dedicated much of my career to staff and leadership development, systemic change initiatives, and community education. My background in telehealth, evidence-based practices, and creating meaningful collaborations enables me to meet clients wherever they are—literally and figuratively.
