Hi, I’m Mesha Anderson, a Licensed Social Worker with a passion for helping individuals feel seen, heard, and supported through life’s challenges. I hold a Master of Social Work from the University of Kentucky and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati. I’m committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, identify their goals, and begin healing at their own pace.
My clinical experience includes working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, ADHD, and substance use. I’ve also supported teenagers and young adults experiencing early signs of psychosis, helping them and their families better understand and manage those experiences. I approach therapy using a blend of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and client-centered techniques. These evidence-based approaches allow me to tailor each session to the unique needs of the person in front of me.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of where to begin, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion and patience. I offer both in-person sessions in a welcoming office space and virtual sessions through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. If you’re ready to take the next step toward healing and personal growth, I’d be honored to be part of your journey.
