I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). I work with adolescents and young adults and specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and stress-related concerns using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and a person-centered approach to assist clients in learning tools to help them reach their personal goals. My approach to therapy is dependent on the person I am working with at the time to best suit their unique needs.
I utilize approaches from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help my clients learn tools to manage concerns and allow me to support them during their journey.
