I work with teens and adults who are facing challenges like anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, career or academic dissatisfaction, or adjusting to life changes. My varied experiences allow me to connect with people from all walks of life. With a background in both STEM and the arts, I understand both analytical and creative ways of thinking. My time volunteering has helped me better understand the challenges faced by those with traditional values or limited opportunities.
My approach to therapy is authentic and collaborative. I adapt to your unique needs by bringing empathy, practical tools, and opportunities for self-discovery to help you move forward. Whether you’re exploring who you are or working through challenges that leave you feeling stuck, I aim to create a compassionate, encouraging space where you feel supported.
