Life can feel overwhelming, and it’s easy to feel stuck, uncertain, or alone. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, or relationship challenges, you deserve a space where you feel heard, supported, and understood. I’m here to walk alongside you as you move toward healing and meaningful change.
I am a clinical mental health counselor who takes a compassionate, client-centered approach to therapy. I tailor our work to your unique needs, drawing on evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and mindfulness. In our work together, we may explore emotional patterns, attachment experiences, and the ways your relationships — past and present — shape how you feel and respond today. I have a strong interest in working with adults, LGBTQ+ clients, and individuals navigating grief, infertility, and pregnancy loss. My background in multicultural counseling informs my commitment to providing a therapeutic space that is affirming and culturally responsive.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to do it alone. I would be honored to support you in creating a life that feels more grounded, connected, and aligned with who you are. I offer both in-person and secure telehealth sessions and look forward to connecting with you.
