I have worked with many people that come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just unsure of how to move forward. Oftentimes, you may be struggling with stress, anxiety, self-worth, relationship challenges, or simply finding your voice. Sometimes it feels you have to carry it all on your own. We can provide a safe, supportive space to explore a way to help rebuild that sense of self.
I believe in empowering my clients through open dialogue and a focus on judgement-free exploration. Together, we can build the tools and confidence you need to embrace a life that aligns with your true self. My specialty background includes supporting individuals and couples around intimacy, desire, and communication, but I also enjoy working with a wide range of concerns such as anxiety, life transitions, identity exploration, and patterns that no longer serve you.
Reaching out for therapy can feel intimidating, and it takes courage to take that first step. I try to make the process feel a little less overwhelming and a lot more supportive. Since I work fully online, we can meet wherever and whenever you feel most comfortable.
