More About Erin Hill

Life can feel overwhelming when stress, anxiety, depression, or major life changes start to take over. You may be feeling stuck, emotionally drained, or unsure how to move forward while balancing responsibilities like family, work, finances, or healing from past experiences. If you’re carrying sadness, worry, or the weight of ongoing challenges, you don’t have to face it alone. I support individuals who are struggling with anxiety, low mood, life transitions, trauma-related stress, and feeling overwhelmed by daily demands.

I bring both professional experience and lived understanding into my work. I value meeting people where they are and honoring their unique experiences. I focus on practical, supportive approaches that help you understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. I often use tools from cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and strength-based strategies to help build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and create meaningful progress at a pace that feels right for you.

Reaching out for support can be hard, especially when you’re already feeling exhausted or discouraged. I strive to create a space that feels safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental, where you can be yourself and feel heard. Whether you’re ready to talk things through or just starting to explore your options, I would be honored to support you. I am happy to meet with you in person or online through a secure, confidential platform.
