Many people reach out for therapy when life feels overwhelming; whether they’re navigating a major transition, coping with stress or anxiety, or trying to make sense of difficult past experiences. I know how heavy those moments can feel, and my goal is to offer a calm, supportive space where you can reflect, feel understood, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
I’ve worked in a variety of professional settings that involved crisis response, trauma-informed communication, and supportive one-on-one work. These experiences taught me the importance of patience, presence, and meeting people where they are. In my therapeutic work, I draw from person-centered, evidence-based, and resilience-focused approaches while keeping the process collaborative and tailored to your needs. My priority is helping you feel safe and heard as we explore your goals and challenges.
I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine human connection. If you’re ready to take that first step, I’d be honored to support you. I’m happy to meet in person at our Fairfield office or online through our secure platform – whichever feels most comfortable for you. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, spending time with my dog, Tank, and singing with my band.
