Life is full of ups and downs, and sometimes the challenges can feel overwhelming. I work with adults and couples who are struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem issues, and relationship difficulties. My goal is to help you build inner resilience and develop practical coping strategies to navigate life’s changes with greater confidence and calm.
I am pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northern Kentucky University and have an academic background in philosophy and religion. My approach draws from mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, and solution-focused methods, all within a compassionate and insight-oriented framework. I bring over 15 years of experience helping people grow and adapt in both personal and professional contexts, along with a broad perspective shaped by extensive travel and cross-cultural experiences.
I understand how difficult it can be to reach out for help, and how isolating it can feel to keep painful emotions inside. Please know that you don’t have to go through this alone—support and healing are possible. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you work toward greater peace and self-understanding. I offer both in-person and online sessions through Mindfully.
