Hi, my name is Angela.
I believe therapy is a space where you can reconnect with who you truly are: not just manage symptoms, but move toward a more whole and grounded sense of self. I take a creative, strengths-based approach, helping you uncover your own inner wisdom and build the skills needed to move beyond suffering and into greater peace, freedom, and well-being. My role is to walk alongside you, offering support, curiosity, and encouragement as you find your way forward.
My work is informed by depth psychology, mindfulness and contemplative practices, and practical approaches such as cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapy. Together, we’ll explore both the conscious and unconscious patterns that shape your experiences while also focusing on real, usable tools that support integration and meaningful change. I aim to create a compassionate, holistic, and solution-focused environment where you feel safe to reflect, grow, and experiment with new ways of being.
I have extensive experience working with adults, teens, and children facing challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use concerns, and eating disorders. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for something to shift, I’m here to help you feel supported and understood. Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to take it alone. I would be honored to be part of your journey.
