More About Rachelle Milner

I’ve been in the helping field for over 25 years, and while I’ve spent time in leadership and administrative roles, my heart has always been with individuals and families walking through the real ups and downs of life. I believe healing happens in honest conversations, in a space where you can show up just as you are.

I work with people navigating grief and loss, major life transitions, relationship and family challenges, depression, identity concerns, and the lasting impact of abuse and trauma. I have particular experience supporting individuals who have been harmed by religious or spiritual abuse or oppression. If your experiences with faith, church, or belief systems have been confusing, painful, or damaging, I understand how complex that can be—and I approach this work with care, respect, and without judgment.

My approach is grounded in both professional training and real-life experience. I hold bachelor’s and master’s degrees in social work and have worked with people in many different roles and seasons of life. Over the years, I’ve supervised staff and interns, led programs, budgets and spoken publicly—but the work that matters most to me happens one-on-one, behind a closed door, talking with people about what’s really going on in their lives.
