I specialize in supporting individuals working towards sobriety and mental wellness, guiding them through the process with understanding and compassion. I have many years of experience in addiction and mental health. I am passionate about helping individuals overcome obstacles and build sustainable recovery. My background includes a Master’s in Social Work from Walden University, certifications from Ohio and Michigan, and hands-on experience in addiction treatment and mental health therapy. I’ve worked in various roles, from group facilitator to clinical supervisor, and have specialized in supporting individuals in intensive outpatient programs and crisis interventions. My deep understanding of mental health and addiction, combined with a commitment to empathetic support, equips me to provide the tools and guidance you need to move forward.

I believe in a holistic approach to therapy that respects each person’s unique experiences and needs. Whether we meet in person or connect through secure online sessions, I am here to support you wherever you feel most comfortable.
