Hello, my name is Ebony-Nicole; however, everyone just calls me Ebony. If you are navigating through life with trauma, substance use, or overall mental health concerns, I am here to provide support. My goal is to provide a listening ear and a safe space for you to process your life struggles. I believe that therapy is a needed service for all individuals to feel both seen and heard.
My approach to therapy is client-centered as I believe that you are the expert on your life. My goal is that with each session, you will become more mindful and focused on building resiliency and strength. My clinical focus is on trauma, substance use, family cohesiveness, depression/anxiety, and foster care/adoptive families.
I have a Master’s degree in Social Work from Northern Kentucky University. I have a wealth of knowledge in diversity and cultural inclusion, family reunification, substance abuse, and trauma. I believe I bring both professionalism and personability to my work. I offer in-person sessions in a comfortable office setting and online appointments for your convenience. I’d love to connect with you if you’re ready to take the first step toward healing and growth.
