I am a graduate student in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at the University of Cincinnati, with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The Ohio State University. My journey in behavioral health began as a Registered Behavior Technician, where I worked closely with children and families, using evidence-based interventions to promote communication, social interaction, and daily living skills. This experience deepened my passion for helping individuals and families thrive, and I’m excited to bring this foundation into my counseling work.
My approach to therapy focuses on creating a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to explore their challenges and strengths. I believe in tailoring my approach to meet each client’s unique needs, drawing on my Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) training and my experience working with individuals with autism and other special needs. Whether it’s developing new skills, navigating life transitions, or addressing emotional hurdles, I am here to provide support and collaboration every step of the way.
Outside of my clinical work, I value opportunities to connect with others and continue learning. I’m committed to expanding my counseling skills and integrating evidence-based practices to best serve my clients. Together, we can work toward building a path of growth, resilience, and meaningful change. I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward mental wellness.
