I am interested in helping you holistically through all aspects of your life. I have special interests in wellness, chronic illness, grief, changes of life, trauma, and parenting.

This collaborative approach ensures that your counseling experience is supported by a team committed to your growth and well-being. Shirley will be actively involved in overseeing clinical aspects of your care, including attending some sessions and reviewing diagnostic and treatment plans to ensure they are tailored to your needs.
