Hi, I’m Miriam, and I’m really glad you’re here. Taking the first steps toward therapy can feel overwhelming, and I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to seek support. As a student therapist, I’m here to walk alongside you in this process, offering a safe and supportive space where you can feel understood and empowered. My areas of focus include trauma, OCD, and autism, and I work with children, teens, and adults to help them reach their personal goals and create meaningful change.
I’m passionate about using evidence-based techniques to help manage difficult emotions, reduce stress, and build resilience. I truly believe that counseling should be a place where you feel safe enough to open up, supported enough to grow, and even comfortable enough to share a laugh or two. Therapy isn’t always easy, but together, we can face the hard parts and celebrate your progress along the way.
Whether we meet in person or online through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform, I’m here to support you in the way that feels right for you. If you’re ready to take the next step or just want to learn more, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I look forward to connecting with you!
