Life can feel overwhelming at times, especially when stress, anxiety, grief, or trauma begin to interfere with how we see ourselves and the world around us. If you’re feeling emotionally drained, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward, I want you to know, you don’t have to face it alone. I work with individuals who are looking to feel more grounded, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change in their lives.
My background blends clinical social work and healthcare, giving me a well-rounded perspective when it comes to mental wellness. Over the past decade, I’ve worked closely with patients navigating chronic illness, emotional stress, and significant life transitions. These experiences have sharpened my ability to truly listen, educate, and partner with people on their path toward healing. I approach therapy with warmth, curiosity, and a strength-based lens, helping you reconnect with your resilience and reach your goals at your own pace.
I’m currently earning my Master of Social Work degree, building on a foundation in psychology and years of patient-centered care. I’m here to support you, not only with tools and insights, but with compassion and authenticity. Whether you’re just starting therapy for the first time or returning after a break, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey. Healing takes courage, and the first step starts here.
