Life can bring unexpected challenges—grief, transitions, trauma, or the quiet build-up of everyday stress. If you’ve found yourself overwhelmed or disconnected, you’re not alone. I offer a space where you can feel safe, supported, and truly seen. My goal is to help you reconnect with your sense of self, build emotional resilience, and move toward a life that feels more balanced—mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
In my work, I employ a blend of evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based practices, and motivational interviewing. I believe in the power of perspective: when we shift our perspective on our challenges, we begin to change how we feel—and ultimately, how we live. I work collaboratively with you to explore your values and guide you in making choices that align with your purpose, even when the path feels unclear. Growth isn’t always easy, but I believe it’s always possible—with the right support.
Before becoming a therapist, I gained valuable experience in both medical and counseling settings, supporting individuals through detox, crisis stabilization, and long-term recovery. I’ve facilitated group sessions focused on anger management and depression, and I’ve worked closely with people navigating severe and persistent mental health challenges. These experiences have deepened my commitment to this work. Counseling isn’t just a profession for me—it’s a calling rooted in compassion, connection, and hope.
