Hi, I’m Patty. I am a LPCC-S currently working on my Ph.D. I believe that we are all doing the best we can. Sometimes we all need specialized care to support us through life’s struggles. I am an Ohio certified Wellness counselor and certified EMDR counselor. To serve you best, I have been trained in a range of modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress-Reduction, Mindful Self-Compassion, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Gottman Couples. You will find that I am an inclusive trauma-informed counselor driven by a client-centered belief that you are the expert of your own life.
My educational background includes a BA in Sociology from Kent State University and a MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Malone University. My focus is on your potential and strengths so that you can live a fulfilling life. Together we will identify goals and create a plan of action that enhances your well-being.
