Hi – My name is Indumati, but please just call me Indu! As a therapist with extensive experience in crisis intervention, trauma, and grief counseling, I am deeply committed to supporting clients through life’s most challenging moments. My work with the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Operations allowed me to provide direct care and guidance to individuals and communities recovering from disasters. Through multiple deployments to disaster zones, I developed a deep understanding of resilience and how to foster hope even in the most difficult circumstances.
My clinical expertise spans school social work, substance abuse counseling, and therapy for children and adults. In addition to supporting my clients at the Mindfully Dublin office, I also provide child, teen, and family counseling as an embedded therapist at Worthington Pediatrics.
I empower my clients to rediscover their inner strength and build a fulfilling life. I often integrate mindfulness, yoga-centered self-care strategies, and resilience-focused interventions to support your journey toward growth and healing. Whether working with children, adolescents, or adults, I aim to provide a compassionate and collaborative space where you can explore challenges, cultivate self-awareness, and achieve meaningful change.
