Hi, I’m Heather Rhoades—a Master of Social Work student at Indiana Wesleyan University and a Social Worker Trainee at Mindfully. I’m also a proud wife and mom, balancing family life with a deep commitment to helping others. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Music Technology from Capital University in 2014, and I’m currently expanding my skills in therapy with excitement and purpose.
I’ve had the privilege of working with clients across a wide age range—from young children to older adults. My experience includes supporting kids ages 3 to 16 in behavioral health, as well as helping adults ages 18 to 80 as a case manager. I’m familiar with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and a variety of other mental health concerns. I approach each person with compassion and curiosity, always aiming to find what works best for them.
A few fun facts about me: I’m a huge fan of coffee, metal music, cats, Star Wars, and beach trips. I know life can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to go through it alone. I’m here to meet you where you are and walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and growth.
