More About Mark Rainey

We all have stories to tell, some filled with laughter and joy, others shaped by pain, struggle, or loss. As a therapist, I strive to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where people feel comfortable opening up about their experiences. Whether you’re navigating trauma, searching for answers, or just need someone to truly listen, I’m here to meet you where you are with empathy, compassion, and support. My goal is to help you find peace, healing, and clarity in a way that honors your unique story.

Over the years, I’ve developed a deep sense of patience, resilience, and empathy that guides my work with clients. I bring a strong commitment to ethical and culturally competent care, and I’m confident in my ability to connect with individuals from all walks of life. My training in clinical counseling has equipped me with effective skills and techniques to support personal growth and emotional wellness. I believe therapy should be collaborative and affirming, and I work hard to tailor my approach to each person’s needs.

I know that finding the right counselor can be a difficult decision, and I truly respect the courage it takes to reach out for help. If you’re looking for a therapist who listens without judgment, brings genuine curiosity and understanding to the work, and offers practical tools for healing, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Together, we can work toward the peace and clarity you’re seeking.
