Hi, I’m Monica Williams, a Licensed Independent Social Worker-Supervisor (LISW-S) with over seven years of experience walking alongside adults and young adults during some of life’s most challenging and transformative seasons. My clinical background includes work in community mental health, addiction recovery, and private practice settings, where I’ve supported individuals from a wide variety of backgrounds and life experiences. My goal is always to create a space where you feel seen, safe, and heard.
I specialize in helping people navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship struggles, life transitions, and self-worth issues. My approach is warm, collaborative, and direct, meeting you where you are while gently challenging patterns that may be holding you back. I blend evidence-based tools like CBT with trauma-informed care, narrative therapy, and strengths-based strategies, working together to foster insight, build self-compassion, and create meaningful, sustainable change.
In addition to my work with clients, I also provide clinical supervision to emerging social workers and counseling interns. Mentoring new clinicians is a true passion of mine, and I’m deeply invested in supporting others as they grow into confident, ethical, and reflective therapists. Whether you’re beginning your healing journey or seeking deeper self-understanding, I’d be honored to support you as you reconnect with your voice, values, and sense of purpose. You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin.
