I’m Jaime, a Counselor Trainee and graduate student intern who works with children, teens, and adults. I help people navigate stress, school-related challenges, ADHD, autism, anxiety, and other challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centered. I believe therapy should be a place where you—or your child—feel genuinely understood, supported, and valued exactly as you are.
I’m especially passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals and their families. I focus on helping clients build confidence, strengthen communication and emotional regulation skills, and develop tools that work in real-life settings, such as school and home. I also care deeply about advocacy—helping clients find their voice, challenge negative messages about disability, and feel empowered to live authentically and proudly as themselves.
My background includes hands-on experience supporting young children with communication and behavioral skills, working with families during acute mental health stress, and helping students overcome academic and access-related barriers. These experiences shape how I show up in therapy: patient, practical, and deeply compassionate. Whether you’re an adult looking for support or a parent seeking help for your child, I would be honored to walk alongside you and support your family’s growth and healing.
