Hi, I’m Terrance, and I’m glad you’re here. My passion is working with couples, families, and individuals who are navigating challenges with substance use, alcohol, and relationship stress. I’ve had the privilege of supporting adolescents, adults, and families in some of life’s most difficult seasons, and I don’t take that trust lightly. Whether you’re feeling stuck in patterns that aren’t serving you, overwhelmed by conflict at home, or trying to make sense of your relationship with substances, I offer a space that’s supportive, real, and free of judgment.
My background includes working in a wide range of settings, from crisis and correctional environments to inpatient, outpatient, and community-based care. I’ve helped people through acute mental health crises, substance use recovery, and complex family dynamics, and I’ve led both individual and group therapy focused on prevention, coping skills, and long-term change.
In our work together, I draw on approaches such as CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, and multisystemic perspectives. Don’t be intimidated by all those terms – put more simply, I will tailor our sessions to fit you: your goals, your strengths, and your reality. I see myself as a partner in the process, helping you build tools, insight, and confidence so life feels more manageable and your relationships feel healthier. If you’re ready for change, or even just thinking about it, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
