“If you are here, you are no stranger to the fact that life can be hard.”
This was the quote I held onto while I worked towards earning a Bachelor of Science in Social Work. My goal for becoming your Licensed Outpatient Therapist is to create a safe, secure and supportive space that you not only feel seen, but understood when sharing your story. My goal is to help you build your safety tool box which will be filled with coping skills and strategies, resilience both individually and relationally, and your own life goals to push you further into success.
I decided to study Social Work due to life experiences which has educated me in both personal and professional ways, making my motivation “helping someone, somewhere feel heard at some point.” My goal is to help you not only understand the trauma, but learn how to manage it while taking back control of your own life. I work within a YOU-centered approach with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness techniques.
As a person I am always looking to learn, I am motivated to find the right path. If you are feeling comfortable so far, book now and we can start this learning journey together. I look forward to meeting you!
