Hi, I’m Jaime (she/her). I’m a Licensed Independent Marriage and Family Therapist with more than 20 years of experience helping children, adolescents, and families navigate trauma, anxiety, behavioral health challenges, and difficult life circumstances. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and strengths-based, and I believe therapy should be a place where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked extensively with youth and families in outpatient, school, home, community, and residential settings. I’ve helped individuals and families coping with complex trauma, depression, anxiety, attachment concerns, behavioral challenges, and relationship difficulties. I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Managing and Adapting Practices (MAP), and Seeking Safety, tailoring treatment to each person’s needs and goals.
My experience also includes more than a decade of clinical leadership, supervision, training, and collaboration with schools and multidisciplinary teams. This background has given me a deep understanding of how emotional and behavioral health challenges can affect relationships, school, work, and everyday life—and how important it is to create practical strategies that support lasting progress.
I provide in-person therapy in Anderson Township in Cincinnati, Ohio, as well as convenient telehealth for clients anywhere in Ohio. Whether you’re seeking support for your child, teen, or your family, I’d be glad to work with you to better understand what’s happening, build on your strengths, and develop a path forward.
