More About Andrea Bernstein

Life can be overwhelming, and it’s easy to feel stuck, uncertain, or alone in your struggles. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, or relationship challenges, you deserve a space where you feel heard and supported. I am here to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and personal growth.

As a mental health counseling intern, I bring a compassionate, client-centered approach to therapy. I believe in tailoring our work together to meet your unique needs, drawing from evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices. My background in multicultural counseling allows me to provide a safe, affirming space for individuals from diverse backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ individuals and those facing identity-related challenges.

Taking the first step toward therapy can be difficult, but you don’t have to do it alone. I would be honored to support you in creating meaningful change in your life. I am happy to meet with you in person at our office location or online (via our HIPAA-compliant video conference software).

I look forward to working with you.
