Many people feel weighed down by anxiety, depression, trauma, or the everyday stress of life, and it can feel like too much to carry on your own. If you or your child are struggling, I’m here to provide support, tools, and a safe space where healing and growth are possible. My goal is to help you move forward with hope and confidence, no matter where you are starting from.
I’m Deborah Stewart, a Licensed Social Worker (LSW, MSW) with 25 years of experience working with children, families, and individuals of all ages. Over the years, I’ve guided children and teens through difficult transitions, supported families in crisis, and provided therapy for adults seeking relief from life’s challenges. I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and trained in The Seven Challenges, a harm-reduction program for substance use. For children, I often incorporate play therapy techniques, making it easier for them to express and process emotions in ways that feel natural and safe.
I believe therapy should be accessible and flexible. If you’re ready to begin your journey toward healing, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Together, we can create a plan that meets your unique needs and helps you or your loved ones feel supported, understood, and empowered.
