Hello, I’m a licensed social worker with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Social Work. I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as you are and feel genuinely heard. Reaching out for support can be difficult, especially when you may not know exactly where to begin. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where we can slow things down, understand what you’re experiencing, and work together toward meaningful change.
My experience includes working with children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. I have a particular passion for working with children and families and understanding how relationships, communication, and family dynamics can affect our overall well-being. My experience utilizing Structured Family Therapy has strengthened my ability to help families identify patterns, improve communication, and work toward healthier relationships.
I also have experience with crisis intervention and de-escalation, and I understand that difficult moments can sometimes feel overwhelming. I strive to meet each person where they are, listen without judgment, and provide support while we work through those challenges together. I believe therapy should be collaborative and individualized. Rather than approaching every person the same way, I take the time to understand your story, your experiences, and what is important to you. Together, we can explore what may be contributing to your symptoms, recognize the strengths you already have, and develop practical strategies to help you better manage what you’re experiencing.
