More About Emily Schulz

Hi, I’m Emily, and I’m passionate about supporting adults across all stages of life as they work through challenges with clarity, resilience, and self‑compassion. I work with individuals facing concerns such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, life transitions, and patterns that feel difficult to shift. I love helping adults understand themselves more deeply, build meaningful skills, and feel empowered in their healing process.

I use evidence-based, individualized interventions drawn from person-centered therapy, DBT-informed skills, and strengths-based approaches. My experience supporting adults with trauma, anxiety, and the emotional stressors that shape their well-being allows me to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. I bring a grounded understanding of how these experiences impact daily life, relationships, and overall well-being. My approach centers on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your emotions, build insight, and develop practical tools that support lasting change.

If you’re ready to take the next step toward healing, growth, and feeling more like yourself again, I’m here to walk with you. Let’s take this step together.
