Hi, I’m Katie Brossart, and I’m so glad you’re here. Taking the step to begin therapy can feel overwhelming, and I deeply respect the courage it takes to seek support. My goal is to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported. Whether you’re navigating a specific challenge or just feeling stuck, I’m honored to walk alongside you as we explore your path to healing and growth.
I’m a licensed social worker with a background in supporting individuals in a variety of settings, including domestic violence advocacy, housing support, and college counseling. I’ve had the privilege of working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, substance use, and life transitions. My therapeutic style is rooted in collaboration, compassion, and respect. I draw from a range of approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and feminist therapy, always tailoring our work to your unique needs and goals. My own experience with therapy has deeply shaped my belief in its power, and I bring that personal understanding to my work with clients.
I offer sessions both in person in a cozy, welcoming office space and virtually through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. If you feel we might be a good fit, I’d love to hear from you. Let’s connect and begin this meaningful work together.
