Randy Lee Watkins, LSW, is a dedicated behavioral health professional with a focus on substance use and co-occurring mental health treatment. He currently provides clinical services to individuals navigating recovery, utilizing evidence-based practices, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care to support long-term stability and personal growth.
Randy earned his Master of Social Work and is actively completing the requirements for independent licensure (LISW). His clinical experience includes assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and individual counseling for diverse populations, particularly those affected by addiction, legal-system involvement, and complex psychosocial stressors.
In addition to his clinical work, Randy is pursuing advanced professional development through doctoral education to expand his leadership capacity within behavioral health systems. His long-term goal is to serve in executive-level roles where he can influence program development, improve access to care, and mentor the next generation of clinicians.
