Many adults find therapy helpful when anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, stress, or relationship challenges feel overwhelming. You may find yourself struggling to manage difficult emotions, navigating a major change, coping with loss, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. Whether your goal is to gain greater self-understanding, improve relationships, develop healthier coping strategies, or create a more meaningful and fulfilling life, therapy can provide a supportive space for growth, healing, and change.
As a social work counselor, I bring a unique blend of clinical training, compassion, and the maturity of a former college educator to my integrative therapy practice. I have decades of experience working with adults navigating change and personal development. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), and Narrative Therapy, I work collaboratively with people to explore challenges, identify strengths, and develop practical tools for change. My background in the arts has deepened my appreciation for the complexity of human experience and honed my ability to engage in thoughtful conversations about identity, meaning, creativity, and personal growth. Together, we can discover new ways forward with greater clarity, resilience, and purpose.
Reaching out for support is often one of the hardest steps. I strive to create a safe, respectful, and confidential environment where you feel heard and understood. Whatever brings you to therapy, I welcome the opportunity to walk alongside you as you work toward your goals. I am happy to meet with you in person at our comfortable office location or online through our HIPAA-compliant video conference platform.
I continue to make art—a practice that illustrates the value of curiosity, creativity, and the ongoing process of growth and transformation.
