My ultimate goal as a clinician is to provide sufficient care and a space where my clients can feel comfortable being their most authentic selves. I am motivated to assist clients with tackling challenges they may face. I take a client-centered approach and I am passionate about helping and working with individuals of all ages and diversities. Let me share a bit about my background and experience. I am a licensed social worker in the state of Ohio. I have my Master’s in Social Work and Bachelor’s in Science in Social Work from The Ohio State University. I have experience with providing individual counseling, specializing in modalities such as mindfulness, CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), and task-centered therapy.
I have worked with individuals battling depression, anxiety, panic attacks, life changes, self-esteem/body image, and other concerns. I’m excited to be a member of the Mindfully team and eager to build a therapy partnership with clients.Â
