Life transitions, anxiety, relationship challenges, and uncertainty about identity or direction can leave you feeling overwhelmed or stuck. Many of the people I work with are navigating young adulthood, exploring who they are, or seeking greater clarity and balance in their lives. I work with adults and young adults who are seeking greater self-understanding, stability, and a sense of direction.
My approach is person-centered, affirming, and collaborative. I draw from mindfulness practices and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you build self-awareness, develop practical coping skills, and navigate challenges with greater resilience. I am especially passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ individuals and creating a space where all aspects of your identity are welcomed and affirmed. I bring curiosity, empathy, and deep respect for your lived experience into every session.
Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, but you do not have to navigate life’s challenges alone. Together, we can explore what is holding you back, identify your strengths, and work toward a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling. I am happy to meet with you in person at our Dublin office or online through secure video sessions.
