Hi, I’m Diondra Holliday, a Licensed Social Worker in the state of Ohio with a Master’s degree in Social Work. I’ve been dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families as they navigate emotional, behavioral, and trauma-related challenges. With a strong foundation in trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I work to help my clients build resilience, regulate emotions, and develop practical tools for daily life.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked in a range of clinical and community settings, providing individual, group, and family therapy. I have experience supporting youth with ADHD, mood disorders, trauma, and behavioral challenges, and I collaborate closely with families to promote healthy communication and meaningful engagement. I believe that healing happens in safe, supportive environments, and I work to create that space in every session, meeting each client with empathy, respect, and cultural humility.
My approach is collaborative and strengths-based. I don’t see myself as the expert on your life, I see us as partners in the work. Whether you’re seeking help for yourself or a loved one, I am here to listen, guide, and support your growth with honesty and compassion. I welcome feedback and adjust my approach to meet your needs, because I know that the best therapy is a shared process rooted in trust and flexibility. I’d be honored to walk with you on your journey to healing and wholeness.
